A few spaces remaining on Bainbridge Island

I’m headed northwest on Wednesday to spend the weekend teaching the neurobiology of connection on Bainbridge Island, off the coast of Seattle. I've not been to Bainbridge before, but I have been in the Pacific Northwest in May: it is spectacular.

This will be a small group deep-dive into living the neurobiology of connection.

We will drop into the five doors model: safety > settled interoception > intuition > relatedness > wellbeing.
