Last Saturday we had the second gathering of the new monthly practitioner training series, which was really fun to teach. We are at a pretty exciting moment in our work, having just opened a functional neurology clinic with an autonomic focus, and actively working on a set of novel diagnostic and intervention technologies in our innovation lab.
During the academic year, I run what is essentially a post-doc seminar, but there are a lot of people who are not interested in going that deep into autonomic physiology, yet are still interested in what we are exploring here.
The monthly practitioner training series is an opportunity to learn with our faculty, and to gain access to our extensive library of lecture series, educational films, and interviews. It is centered around a monthly two-hour meeting on the third Saturday of each month, led by someone from our faculty. A week prior to the meeting we’ll assign a film from the archive: this serves as a jumping off point for discussion.
Attached below is an audio recording of the first 49 minutes of the most recent practitioner training session.
